Jiree Riding
Former Division 1 Athlete | Head Track & Cross Country Coach

How Your Training Is built.

✔ Individualized structure for 800m–Marathon athletes✔ Aerobic base first — speed layered with intention✔ Strength integrated to reduce injury risk✔ Pacing system designed for negative splits✔ Adjustments made weekly to keep progress moving

This isn't random training. It's structured progression.

Why This Works?

1. Most runners train too hard, too often.
We build aerobic capacity first — then layer speed.
2. Progression beats intensity.
Fitness compounds when volume and quality are structured correctly.
3. Strength prevents setbacks.
Durability is trained, not hoped for.
4. Feedback drives improvement.
Adjustments happen weekly — not after burnout or injury.

Who is this coaching for?

✔ Competitive 800m- 1600m runners building speed
✔ 5K- 10K athletes chasing PRs
✔ Half & Marathon runners who want long-term development
✔ High School & College , & post-collegiate athletes
✔ Runners who want structure - not random workouts.
If you care about development, communication, and getting better every season - this is for you.

Testimonials

Results from Runners Across Utah & Beyond.

Turner H, UT"Under Coach Riding, it was the consistency and the volume of work - plus being pushed every workout - that made the biggest difference for me.
I just wish I had him as a coach sooner."

Grant A, UT"I used to be injured all the time because I’d push through pain and only show up for workouts. Coach Riding helped me change that mindset. He taught me to be consistent, communicate, and take short breaks when needed instead of digging a deeper hole.
That adjustment changed everything. I stayed healthy, ran PRs, and finished my senior year stronger than ever.
Huge thanks to Coach Riding! "

Kimberly R, CO
“I found Coach Riding on TikTok and reached out because I wanted to train for my first half marathon. Before working with him, I was using the Runna app — but the biggest difference was having direct access to a real coach. Anytime I had a question, he responded quickly and gave me clear guidance.
Since it was my first half marathon, he reminded me that if I put in the effort, I just needed to go out, compete, and enjoy the experience. That mindset helped calm my nerves and trust the process.Coach Riding is an awesome coach. I highly recommend him, and I can’t wait to train for my first marathon with him.”
